T-shirt Fundraiser Order Form

We're trying out a new fundraiser for our party.

We've designed a T-shirt with our neighbourhood's namesake - Sir Frederick Haultain.

We can get the shirts made for $10 each and we're selling them for $20 each.

The shirts are light grey, unisex cotton/poly blend and we have small, medium, large and x-large sizes.

They'll be screen-printed by Tshirts Unlimited and will be ready and delivered to your home the week before the party.

We're hoping to sell 50 t-shirts and raise $500 for block party costs.

I can take payments through e-transfer.  Please send to info@haultainparty.ca as soon as possible.

Please note, we require the payment in advance as the shirts are 'made to order'.
