T-shirts Fundraiser Order Form

We're trying out a new fundraiser for our party.

We've designed a T-shirt with our neighbourhood's namesake - Sir Frederick Haultain.

We can get the shirts made for $10 each and we're selling them for $20 each.

The shirts are light grey, unisex cotton/poly blend and we have small, medium, large and x-large sizes.

They'll be screen-printed by Tshirts Unlimited and will be ready and delivered to your home the week before the party.

We're hoping to sell 50 t-shirts, raise $500 for our party and be the sharpest dressed block party this city has ever seen!

Please note, we require the payment in advance as the shirts are 'made to order'.

The cut-off date for ordering is Monday July 15th.
